π Check In is 4pm.
π Check Out is 10am.
π You must sign and return our written rental agreement for reservation confirmation.
π₯Ύ No wearing shoes in the house - Ski/Snowboard boots to be removed before entering, thanks!
πΏ No skis or snowboards in the house, please use the ski locker.
π« No more than 8 total people in the condo at one time.
π« Guest count may not exceed the amount shown on original reservation. A $100 per night, per guest fee will occur. Immediate cancellation may occur.
β° Late check-out / early check-in by request only. $100 charge for each hour past checkout, additional fees may apply if it causes an issue with our cleaning crews ability to turn over the condo for the next guest.
π€« Noise levels must be kept to a minimum, noise complaints from neighbors may be grounds for removal and fines from the HOA. Quiet hours are from 9:00pm to 8:00am. No Loud Music.
π Smoking and vaping inside could set off the fire sprinkler system and will be grounds for removal. Plus an additional minimum $750 cleaning fee for remediation. Smoking is allowed outside but dispose of butts properly, do not litter please. Friendly reminder to close the front door to not allow smoke into the unit.
π« NO burning candles, incense or burning of anything inside the ENTIRE property EVER.
π Please respect the property and our neighbors.
π« Underage drinking and drug use is strictly prohibited. Immediate cancellation of stay will occur.
π« The fireplace is disabled for safety reasons. Do not touch.
π§Ί Do not load more than 4 towels in the washer at a time and never load more than half the unit at a single time.
π¦ If anything spills on the carpets or fabric, do not try to clean it. Notify the property manager ASAP.
π« There is no swimming or fishing allowed in the pond outside.
π« Pets are not allowed inside the unit and a minimum $500 fine will be charged to guests. Immediate cancellation of stay may also occur.
