Getting To The Slopes and Lodge

When you exit the unit, you will walk out of the top parking lot, then head up towards the mountain. Go left of the neighboring townhouse unit and then cross over a footbridge. From there you can put on your skis and head down to the first lift or continue to walk or ski to the lodges. It's a slight uphill walk to the footbridge. Then it's slightly downhill to the lodges. You can walk the whole way in winter boots without any problem. Depending how fast you move... for an adult, it's a 5 to 8 minute walk!

For families or groups who want to drop off people at Hunter, use the drop off zones at the Hunter parking lot and then you can easily park back at the Hunter Trailside Retreat. The driver can then walk to the mountain and meet up with the rest of the family.
